New York 75-Hour Broker Qualifying Course
Any salesperson who successfully completes an approved broker qualifying course (which requires passing the final end of course exam), within their current license term will receive CE for completion of the course.  NOTE- If completing the broker course for continuing education credit you must also complete 2.5 hours of ethical business practices and 1 hour of recent legal matters topics to satisfy the CE requirements for that renewal period.

New York 32-Hour Broker Remedial (Gap) Course
This course is designed for broker license applicants who successfully completed the 75 hour salesperson pre-licensing course and the 45 hour Broker prelicensing course prior to December 21, 2022.  It contains 32 hours of supplemental content that is required for new Broker applicants today to meet the state requirements of 152 hours.

New York 30-Hour Salesperson Remedial (Gap) Course
This course is designed for currently licensed salespersons who completed the NY 45-hour salesperson licnesing course prior to July 1, 2008, and are now seeking a NY broker's licnse.  In addition to this course, salesperson must complete a two-hour CE course on Fair Housing and/or Implicit bias training, and the 75-hour broker course.
