The committees of the Elmira-Corning Regional Association of REALTORS® are comprised of member volunteers.  We encourage all of our members to participate and we have several committees to choose from!

AWARDS COMMITTEE

Committee Chairperson- Kelly McKay

Function of the Committee- To establish criteria and select recipients for membership awards.

BYLAWS COMMITTEE

Committee Chairperson- Bonnie Winters

Function of the Committee- To provide operating policies for the Association.

COMMUNITY SERVICE COMMITTEE

Committee Co-Chairpersons - Leah Butler, Debbie Deal, Amy Parmelee

Function of the Committee- To encourage members to take part in community service to improve the quality of life in our community, to enhance the REALTOR® image, and advance issues of importance to the industry.. 

EDUCATION COMMITTEE

Committee Chairperson – Lisa Lilley

Function of the Committee- To promote and provide educational programs relating to real estate issues with quality instructors.

ELECTION COMMITTEE

Committee Chairperson - Faye Guild-Nash

Function of the Committee - To oversee the election of officers & directors and verify election results.

FAIR HOUSING & DIVERSITY/EQUITY/INCLUSION (DEI) COMMITTEE

Committee Chairperson – RC Ike

Function of the Committee – To promote awareness and provide educational resources to members and the public regarding fair housing laws and DEI opportunities. 

GOLF COMMITTEE

Committee Co-Chairpersons – Derik Lisi, Theresa Rossettie

Function of the Committee- To plan the annual charity golf tournament. 

GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE

Committee Chairperson – Nancy Dubendorfer

Function of the Committee – To review grievances and decide whether a hearing through professional standards should take place.

HOSPITALITY COMMITTEE

Committee Chairperson – Jules Costello

Function of the Committee – To assist in planning of the Association's membership meetings and social functions.

LEGISLATIVE & REALTOR® POLITICAL ACTION (RPAC) COMMITTEE

Committee Chairperson – Jonathan Lerche

Function of the  Committee – To educate members about legislation that protects private property owners and the real estate industry; to monitor and maintain a liaison with governmental agencies; and to raise the necessary funds to have an effective REALTOR® Political Action Committee.

MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE

Committee Chairperson – Nancy Sterling

Function of the Committee – To educate members about the benefits of membership.

MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE (MLS) COMMITTEE

Committee Chairperson - Scott Swimley

Function of the Committee- To better serve members and consumers through a centralized source of current market information.

PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS COMMITTEE

Committee Chairperson –Nikki Dye

Function of the Committee – To assure due process, interpret facts and render a decision from a hearing.

YOUNG PROFESSIONALS NETWORK (YPN)
