2. Recent paystubs for 1 month
3. Photo ID’s, copy of driver’s license and social security card
4. Bank Statements for the last 2 months (all pages)
5. Tax Returns for the last 2 years (all pages)

 Money Needed

1. Earnest Money Deposit (1% of Sales Price)
2. Option Money $100-$250
3. Inspections $400-600
4. Appraisal $700-$1000
5. Closing Costs (lender will go over)
