Thank you  for your interest in joining the CSAR MLS.  Each form is marked for either the broker or agent or both need to complete the form.  For an agent to join the broker must join.  If one member of a “team” joins the MLS, all members of a “team” must join. 

           As established in MLS Policy Statement 7.43, Waivers for MLS Fees, Dues, and Charges, the individual(s) completing a waiver shall be exempt from payment of the MLS Subscription Fees, provided such Waiver Applicant(s) continuously satisfies the following requirements.

1. Waiver Applicant(s) already subscribes to a different MLS where their principal broker is an MLS Participant.

2. Waiver Applicant(s) does not, and will not, use the MLS services and content, including, but not limited to:

1. Accessing current listing data, comp and statistical information/reports, and MLS data feeds.
2. Using MLS products and services available only to authorized MLS Subscribers affiliated with the MLS Participant.

ADDITIONAL LOCAL WAIVER CRITERIA

• Waiver Applicant is NOT a listing agent for any active listing filed with the MLS.

• Waiver Applicant is NOT part of a designated real estate “Team” where one of more of the other Team/Group members are subscribers to the MLS.

• Realtor® Dues are billed November/December, due January 7^th.
• REALTOR® Dues will be prorated the first year.
• There is no initial fee per agent to join the MLS or as a Realtor®.
• PAR Field Rep Assessment billed June/July and due by 30^th of the month.
• Invoices are emailed and no paper invoice will be mailed.
• There is an initial participation fee for an office to join the MLS as well as a lower fee for a branch to join the MLS. 
• MLS fees are billed monthly for the current month and are due by the 15^th of each month to continue service. 
• Yearly MLS Office Participation fee billed in September, due by end of the month.
• Fines or miscellaneous invoices due within 10 days.
• Supra key fee billed in September and due by 30^th of the month. Supra key fees are prorated when joining.

Realtor® secondary members are given the same benefits as Realtor® primary members.

Data feeds are handled and billed directly by SEI Navica.  If your company wants an MLS data feed CSAR will connect you with the vendor.
