Auction Clerk 

 

We are a growing real estate auction company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented auction clerk to join our team. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in the success of each auction by providing administrative support, maintaining auction records, and ensuring a smooth and efficient auction process.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and distribution of auction materials, including catalogs, flyers, and bidder registration forms
  • Maintaining accurate records of all auction transactions
  • Collecting and processing payments from successful bidders
  • Assisting auctioneers with the management of the auction process, including calling out bid increments and maintaining a record of all bids
  • Providing customer service to bidders, answering questions and addressing any concerns
  • Managing the settlement process, including distributing invoices and coordinating with closing agents

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferred
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
