Billy is a life-long resident of Oxford, Mississippi. He was in the manufactured housing industry for more than 20 years until2004, when he started Clark Construction and Development. In addition to being a Broker in real estate, he is a licensed general contractor and a licensed insurance agent. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Mississippi Association of Realtors, the North Central Board of Realtors, the National Association of Home Builders, and the Mississippi Builders’ Association. Billy and his wife Leesa have four children and three grandchildren. All are Oxford residents. He will be glad to help in your search, or build your dream home.
