My name is Kyle, I purchased (2) Phoenix condos phoenix v and phoenix x) using Michael as my Realtor. We were able to get a 3br unit that I wasn’t even looking at originally because of Michael’s negotiating efforts. He worked hard for MY dollars as if they were his own. We were also successful on second condo in getting a non-foreclosure unit for less than a recent sale price of a foreclosure unit. Michael’s help didn’t stop after the sale, he was very helpful with me updating both condos (appliances, granite, new furniture, tile install etc…). he even ran by and made sure they delivered and installed as promised since I live out of state.
