Henderson County Board of Realtors® Membership Benefits

The purpose of the Henderson County Board of Realtors® (HCBOR) is to provide products, programs, and services as a resource to the members. The Association at the local, state, and national levels has a multitude of benefits and services to educate you, help you run your business smoothly and effectively, and save you money on products you need for your business. The core purpose of an association is to inform and assist members, to favorably promote the real estate industry.

The HCBOR Membership Dues Provide our Members with the following:

Association Executives

The HCBOR has two full-time Association Executives who are here to assist with any of our members’ needs that may occur. Our Association Executives help keep our members up to date with their Realtor licenses, CE classes, Code of Ethics, MLS Training, and New Member Orientation Training.

MLS Navica Access

One of the most important benefits offered by our Association is the Multiple Listing Service or MLS. Our Association provides a state-of-the-art internet-based system for our members. This program is called Navica MLS, a user-friendly system that requires minimum training. MLS access comes at a lower cost than non-members paying for the same powerful data. We also can update our MLS at any time when needed. We control our Navica for our members, so when a member needs or suggests a change in a field or added options, we can make that happen easily.

Sentrilock Services

The HCBOR provides our members with a free Sentrilock account when becoming a member of our board. This provides our members with easier access to showing homes with a mobile app and allows members to purchase Sentrilock Boxes when listing a home for a client. All while keeping our members safe and secure.

Classes & Education

HCBOR offers professional development opportunities that can help you achieve your career goals, from continuing education programs that fulfill basic license renewal requirements to designation and certification courses at a lower member price. Our classes include TR Zoom classes and live classes from our affiliates. Classes are held at our HCBOR office and Restaurants in the area with a free lunch included in some of the classes.

Awards & Recognition

Each year the HCBOR presents awards to Primary members at our Annual Awards Ceremony. Awards are presented include: Top Producer – 1 st runner-up. 2nd runner-up Top Listing Sold – 1 st runner-up. 2nd runner-up. Top Units Sold – 1 st runner-up. 2nd runner-up. $10 Million Plus Producers $5 Million - $10 Million Producers Rookie of The Year Realtor of The Year Hall of Fame Affiliates of The Year – 2 Winners

State & National Resources

By becoming a member of the Henderson County Board of Realtors, you automatically become a member of the Texas Realtors Association(TR) and the National Association of Realtors(NAR). At each level, your associations are working to increase the standards of real estate and provide benefits and services to better your business.

General Membership Meetings & Luncheons

Our General Membership Meetings & Luncheons are held for our members to attend quarterly. These meetings include information about our association, local community information, and industry information. Our General Membership Meetings are sponsored by our Affiliate Members and our Vice President has speakers attend to give our members information about the Real Estate Industry and their businesses. Our members who attend our General Membership Meetings receive a free lunch during the meeting.
