Growing up on a Wisconsin farm, Dale has always had a passion for the rural lifestyle. His family continues to operate a successful irrigated row crop farm and has experience with dairy farms, orchards, and cattle operations. To this day, Dale has always lived on a property with acreage.
Dale married the Colorado lifestyle, moving to the Colorado Springs area with his Colorado native wife, Trudy, in 1998. Dale and his family spend most of their vacations skiing, golfing, hiking, camping, riding horses, fishing, or riding motorcycles in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. In his free time, Dale enjoys being involved in the community with the Florence Elks Lodge, where Dale has served as an officer for the past five years.
One of Dale’s biggest passions is investing in real estate—residential, land and commercial. He has actively sold and invested in property throughout Southern Colorado including Canon City, Penrose, Florence, Pueblo, Fort Carson, and Fountain. Dale is a member of the Royal Gorge Association of Realtors and has enjoyed helping people buy and sell real estate for the past ten years.
