In opening the office in 1982 that would become Coldwell Banker Daniel Seay & Associates then recently Carolina Mountain Brokers, I have seen many changes in real estate. The many needs of both Buyer and Seller representation have not changed. Having become a licensed General Contractor and builder in 1983, I feel I have a good insight into the market, all the ways it changes and all the ways it stays the same. In the last several years, due to the drastic changes in real estate nationaly and locally, I have specialized in the REO/Foreclosure and Short Sale side of real estate in order to continue to serve clients in a knowledgeable way .
