2025 CHCBR MLS Access Fees:
- MLS Users who do not hold REALTOR membership with CHCBR:
- Office/Broker Application fee: $350.00
- Agent Application fee: $75.00
- MLS Access: $65/month + tax, billed semi-annually (January - June = $422.18) (July - December = $422.18)
- MLS Users who also hold REALTOR membership with CHCBR:
- Office/Broker Application fee: $350.00
- Agent Application fee: waived
- MLS Access: $35/month + tax, billed quarterly ($113.66/quarter)
MLS Dues are non-refundable
