2024 MLS Fees – MLS Only Users:
- Office/Broker Application fee: $350.00
- Agent Application fee: $75.00
- MLS Dues: $65/month + tax billed semi-annually (January - June = $422.18) (July - December = $422.18)
MLS Dues are non-refundable
