Doug Callebs

Doug Callebs is Broker and Marketing Director of Callebs Realty. Growing up in a real estate family, selling houses comes second nature to Doug. He has been a licensed Realtor for almost 20 years and is a Class A general contractor who has built and remodeled many homes in the area, offering extensive knowledge of both commercial and residential construction. Raised in Southwest Virginia, he knows the area like the back of his hand. 

Doug knows how to market a home and get it sold. His technical savvy, creative branding, and use of online marketing offer cutting edge advantages for his clients. He works in close collaboration with many lenders and surrounds himself with a team of business professionals who share his standards of excellence. Doug offers personal attention and guidance before, during and after the process of selling or buying a home. His ethical way of doing business gives his clients the assurance that he is always working in their best interest. Having exceptional people skills, Doug loves the social aspect of real estate sales, enjoys meeting families and participating in their happiness when buying or selling a home. 

Doug is a veteran of the US Navy and served during Desert Storm. He lives on South Holston Lake with his wife, Heather, who also a licensed Realtor at Callebs Realty and Doug’s business partner, and their daughter Ella. They have owned and managed Callebs Cove Campground since 1996.
