| Candi is the definition of motivation in real estate! Whether she is out there trying to find you a new home or putting your house on the market to sell, she will do what it takes to get it sold and make sure everyone is satisfied. After graduating from Galion High School in 2002, Candi attended North Central State College and received her associates degree in Criminal Justice and completed the police academy in 2005. She decided to take a different route after college and worked in the office setting for many years and stayed at home with her boys. In 2015 she went back to Marion Technical College to get her real estate license and in 2018 received her brokers license from the State of Ohio through Hondros College of Business and opened Bowlin Real Estate LLC. In May 2007 she married her husband Billy and together they have 2 sons, Billy and Brad. When she is not out showing houses you can find Candi cheering on Billy & Brad at their sporting events, helping at the elementary school, videoing her husbands 4 wheeler races or watching crime dramas on TV. | Niki has lived in Galion her entire life. She is a people person who is always concerned about the well being of others, hence her being an RN for 12 years. She knows real estate will provide her with the opportunity to bring fulfillment to her clients whether helping them sell or buy their perfect home. Niki has been with her husband, Jim, for 23 years and they have two children, Evan and Emma. In her spare time she enjoys watching her sons sporting events, her daughters dance recitals and cheering activities, traveling and exercising. | Megan was raised in the Morrow/Crawford County area and continues that tradition with her own family. She is actively involved in her community volunteering and serving on several boards. She enjoys spending time with her fiancé Wade and loves to watch their 4 children play on their many sports teams. She is avid baseball fan, and also coaches cheerleading at Northmor high school. She has a vast knowledge of local neighborhoods and is prepared to help your family find their first home or make a transition from your current one. |

| First and foremost I'm a huge family man! I have a beautiful wife, a 3 year old boy and a baby girl on the way. I have been in the Air Force for the last 18 years as part of a construction unit where I've had the privilege to work on everything from small local community projects to large scale commercial projects. I love everything about Real Estate, from new construction to rehabbing older homes; from finding that perfect family home to finding one more investment property for the portfolio.
