Attention Property Owners
Nominate a home or your own home or a rental or a commercial property for the
Ashland Board of Realtors Home or Commercial Medallion Award        

Guidelines Include:

• Renovations must be 90% completed- For either a home, rental or commercial property
• For single family residence category only - property must be currently occupied by owners
• Renovations to have been made within the last 5 years
• Property must be in Ashland county
• Narrative description of improvements should accompany the nomination form.
• Majority of work should be done by the homeowner on residential property. (rental/ commercial excluded)
