This course will provide real estate brokers a better understanding of the antitrust lawsuits, the effects of the NAR Settlement and most importantly how it impacts brokers in Colorado. Participants will gain an understanding of the antitrust laws and the implications of the NAR Settlement so they can better educate their broker associates.
