Smart growth is about recognizing and understanding the various facets of a vibrant community and maintaining balance among them. Whether your community is just being planned, is up and running, or in distress you’ll find insights on how to make it better and where to go for help!
This National Association of REALTORS® class will help you become a more informed citizen – and will enable you to play a larger role in the community’s discussion about its future, especially on pressing projects like beautifying our communities.
This class was designed to provide citizens, REALTORS® and civic leaders an overview of what smart growth is, how it works, why and to whom it is appealing, and how its understanding and support can improve our community.
Nate Johnson, President of Real Estate Solutions Group, will demonstrate how smart growth principles tie to economic development strategies and explain how to leverage them for the benefit of the local community and their businesses.
