Thank you for registering for the Becoming an Expert on Rural Housing VHDA and USDA on May 12, 2022. There has been a change to this course that I want to make sure you are aware of; we have been working with Virginia REALTORS but there is a renewal issue with the USDA portion of the class, and we cannot guarantee CE (or PL) for the last hour of the class. This class will now be from 9:00PM – 11:00AM and count for 2 hours of VA CE/PL instead of 3.
