Educating Realtors on their Finances as Independent Contractors so they are successful in their business and can pass on helpful info to their clients.  This course will include:

• Talk about Realtor Pro’s and Con’s, you are and Independent Contract, no boss, everything is up to you
• Realtor Business Plan handout
• Reducing taxes and possible deductions
• Financial goals, making a Financial Plan including insurances, getting out of debt, and financing your retirement

*You will be charged a $20 no show fee if you register for a class and do not attend, 48 hours notice is preferred
*You may not be able to attend classes if you have an outstanding financial obligation, per policy
