This course will help real estate professionals understand the Georgia real estate license laws in the following areas: Prohibited Conduct, Transferring a License, Unfair Trade Practices, Brokerage Relationships, Advertising, Handling Real Estate Transactions and Licensee's Acting as Principals. We wll discuss how these areas apply to their conduct; and to help perform their responsibilities and understand their expectations and duties to their customers within the parameters of the law.
Course Code 72060 3 Hours Continuing Education Credit.
