CE Elective Course on Contracts offered in Elloree, SC. This course is through Carolina Real Estate Academy (description below). Please read all of the information provided for this class before you register. 

2 hour elective credit course. At times, everyone needs a workshop on the important aspects of the use of the real estate contract. Utilize this time to sharpen your skills when it comes to working with your clients.

• Maximum of (40) participants
• $20 registration fee, includes class & lunch- This is due upon arrival- if you register and do not show, you will be assessed a $25 fine.
• Austin Smallwood of SCR will be available for a Q&A session for the 3rd hour of the class
• Please be sure to park in the rear of the building
