Maureen is a Certified Residential Appraiser. AQB Certified Instructor, Licensed Real Estate Instructor, Author, Expert witness, Song writer and holds many awards and other certifications. Maureen served on the Illinois Appraisal Licensing Board form 2005-2017. Maureen has seen stuff and can present a regulatory board perspective. This is priceless information!
