Hi Everyone,
We will be hosting our Key West Caravans this year on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.  Please add your listings that you wish to place on Caravan to the Caravan Wait List in our FlexMLS system.  You can find Instructions on how to Add your Listing to the Caravan Wait List in the FlexMLS system below.  If you need assitance with adding your listing to the Caravan Wait List, please give us a call at the office, 305-296-8259.

Instructions for Adding your Listings for Caravan to the Wait List in FlexMLS

1.  Log into FlexMLS at www.flexmls.com
2.  After Logging in, Go to Menu on the Left side of your Screen.
3.  Click on Menu and Go to Daily Functions.
4.  Under Daily Functions you will find Tour/Open House/Key West Caravans.
5.  Click on Key West Caravans and Go to the What to Find Heading on the Left side of your Screen.
6.  Under What to Find, Click Key West Caravans, then Click Add Listing to Key West Caravan at the Bottom of your Screen highlighted in Blue.
7.  You are now on the Key West Caravans Screen, Go to the Left, and Click on the Add Listing to Tour highlighted in Red.
8.  In the next Screen, fill in the MLS number for the Listing you wish to place on Caravan.  In the Comments box, you must include the Neighborhood, Your Name, and Cell Phone number. And then Click Next below the Comments box.
9.  You must Click Next again on the final screen.  And You're Done!
