This continuing education (CE) course is a great opportunity to learn the importance of homeownership programs and which resources are available statewide to assist more Floridians purchase a home. A well-informed Realtor® is the driving force that will help more potential first time homebuyers become homeowners. 

Course Objectives

• Why Realtors® should understand and support affordable housing.
• Homeownership programs offered through Florida Housing, including downpayment & closing cost assistance, and the MCC Program; and
• Other homeownership resources available throughout Florida (SHIP, local resources).

Also Please Note: If attending virtually, you MUST be on a computer or laptop, not a cell phone or ipad/workbook, if you wish to earn continuing education credit.
In addition, you must use a unique email address to login. This means that if you are attending with a team or multiple agents in your office, each team member/ agent must login using their own email address. This is not a group effort but rather an individual exercise. 
And lastly, you must be signed on to the Zoom link, with your camera on for the course duration, no later than 10 minutes after the Course start time to receive full ce credit.  There will be No exceptions.  Please give yourself plenty of time to log onto the Zoom course.
