PRINCIPLES OF SURVEYING 3-Hour Elective CE Course
Course Objective:
Provide real estate agents with a better understanding of surveying and surveying practices to use the tools available to avoid pitfalls in the land transaction process and provide their clients with extra value and peace of mind.

MFCAR Members: $25 PER CLASS ~ Non-Members: $35 PER CLASS

The current CE cycle began on 3/1/2024 for Salespersons & on 9/1/2024 for Brokers. Only courses taken after those dates count toward this cycle. ALL CE classes must be completed 90 days prior to Real Estate license expiration. The due date for Salespersons is 2/28/2026 & 8/31/2026 for Brokers.

Newly Licensed Members Please Do Not Register for CE Classes if you passed the licensing exam between March 1, 2024, and Feb. 28, 2026, your first Continuing Education will be due in 2028; all others are due in 2026.

The class will be held at MFCAR Board Office 19 Imperial Avenue, Westport
2nd Floor - Attendees must be able to climb stairs. 
 
Please be advised there will not be any refreshments served so please bring what you need to hold you over for the duration of the class.
