} 9 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. - VHDA Train the Trainer. Learn about VHDA’s free First-time Homebuyer Class and how you
can facilitate the class in your community. On completion, you’ll be listed as a VHDA Qualified Trainer on vhda.com.
This qualification is required for you to teach or facilitate our class. It also authorizes you to sign certificates of
completion for individuals who have taken the class.
} 12:30 - 1:15 p.m. - Lunch provided by VHDA for those attending both classes.
} 1:15 - 3:30 p.m. - VHDA Real Estate Professional Training: The Key to Serving First-time Homebuyers.
Learn about VHDA’s new products and how they can help first-time homebuyers purchase a home with zero
down. For example, our Down Payment Assistance grant and Mortgage Credit Certificate program can help make
buying a home more affordable. Once you complete the training, you’ll be qualified to join VHDA’s Real Estate
Agent Connection program. Benefits include a free listing on vhda.com/FindARealEstateAgent.
