Course Info:   Associates must evaluate information based on sound logic and intuitive thinking. Is the customer worth your time? Is the body language consistent with the verbalized message? Every agent needs this training in order to increase the probability of income. Generational dynamics are explored. The cultural context of the agent and customer must be evaluated as a distinct dynamic. We examine fallacies of logic to avoid traps; we use correct words for precision.
