- SATURDAY, JULY 10th – Florida Keys Beach & Waterway Cleanup Day
- Time: 9:00 – 11:00 for Trash Pickup, 11:00 – 1:00 for KWAR Cook Out & Picnic
- Higgs Beach Pavilion
- Step 1: Register & Pick Up Equipment at 9:00 a.m. at the Higgs Beach Pavillion
- Step 2: Pick up trash at one of the recommended locations: Smathers Beach and/or the Bridle Path, Nature Beach or Rest Beach from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.
- Step 3: TAKE PICTURES with your trash in your chosen Clean Up location before returning to Higgs Beach.
- Step 4: Return to Higgs Beach by 11:00 a.m. for the KWAR Cook Out and Picnic to Celebrate Our Beautiful Beaches in Paradise!
- We will text our City Liason Dee Dee and inform her of the trash pickup locations using your pics (pickup 12-2 p.m.)
- Please bring Family, Friends, Clients & Colleagues! All Are Welcome - Remember to R.S.V.P. for Yourself & Guests!
Thousands of Florida Realtors will come together July 1-31, 2021, to clean up lakes, beaches and other waterways.
For many of us, Florida’s waterways are our happy place. It’s where we boat, waterski, kayak, paddleboard, play in the ocean, watch the manatee and fish for the next big one.
For the entire month of July, Florida Realtors® and community partners are coming together to clean up our lakes, rivers, streams, bays, Intracoastal Waterway, Gulf and ocean. Join us for the state association’s largest cleanup effort July 1-31.
Every effort will make a difference.
