Join us for share an update on the Cash2Keys Cash Buyer Program. The program guidelines were recently updated and the maximum purchase price for the cash buyer loan has increased to $1.499M. In recent months our team has converted over 100 qualified mortgage candidates into cash buyers and 21 are either closed or under contract. Purchase prices have ranged from $180,000 to $900,000 and the offer acceptance rate for these buyers is over three times greater than that of our mortgage contingent clients. It is overwhelmingly clear that the C2K program is generating the intended results and together with our valued referral partners we are giving well deserving families the competitive advantage they need to win in this market and secure the home of their dreams. The Buy Now Sell Later program is also playing a huge role in helping to unlock the market and generate new inventory from sellers who would otherwise be afraid to take the step of cashing out their equity and moving up to a new home.
