If you are BIC eligible, you will need to register for the Elective and BICUP, if you are NOT BIC eligible – you will need to register for the Elective and GENUP.
 

Meet Cindy Bensen:
I was born and raised in Newton, NC, and majored in communications at the College of Charleston. After devoting 14 years to being a full time Mom and raising three boys, I realized my dream of joining the real estate profession and received my NC brokers license in 2005. Having gone through six moves and experiencing my view of real estate, I learned what high degree of customer service is needed to make a difference in working with sellers and buyers. In 2017, my dream of living in paradise became a reality and my family decided to become full time Key West residents. Now having my NC and FL real estate brokers licenses, I experience the best of two amazing states. Working in every aspect of the real estate industry, I represent sellers, buyers, investors, and banks by leasing, managing, buying and selling properties in the NC and FL residential markets. In addition to my brokers license, I received her NC Pre-Post and CE Instructors license with the NC Real Estate Commission and is the proud co-owner of BW Education school of real estate. I dedicate my business success to listening to my client needs and striving to exceed expectations. By utilizing the most recent technologies, business strategies, combined with dedicated customer service, I can help my client’s real estate dreams become reality.
