Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) is a self-funded, quasi-public organization dedicated to alleviating the shortage of housing for low-and moderate-income families and persons in the state.
This 3-hour elective CE. Trainings on CHFA Programs is designed to provide a thorough introduction to all aspects of CHFA mortgage programs for first time homebuyers. This training course includes everything from eligibility through processing and closing.
