CSAR will be doing a deep dive on the Agreement of Sale with Attorney Brett Woodburn!
No one knows the standard forms as well as they think they do.
?Why? Because for one, they are always changing and being updated. Another reason is that we rely on our memories instead of reading them each time we use them. Add to that, local practices and we find that the forms don’t always say or mean what we think they mean.
Remember, if you think you don’t need this education, then you are probably one of the ones who need it the most.
We will be collecting donations for the Cambria County BACKPACK PROJECT. Please feel free to bring the followings items for donation to this organization:
