Understand the rules from the Colorado Real Estate Commission surrounding Single Agent, Transaction-Broker, and Customer; Understand which form is applicable in which situation; Understand the Change of Status; Awareness of potentially problematic situations including Team listings, double-ended transactions and more. 

YOU MUST REGISTER AND PAY ON NAVICA TO ATTEND THIS CLASS
Go to your home screen; under “my calendar and click on register for association events; Click on the class you want; Click register at the bottom of the screen; Follow the directions on the next page then click register and pay  

 PLEASE NOTE:
· YOU MUST BE ON CAM AT ALL TIMES
· YOU MUST BE FACING IN FRONT OF THE CAMARA AND ACTIVELY PAYING ATTENTION TO RECEIVE CREDIT FOR THE CLASS
· THE TEST WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU; YOU WILL NEED TO COMPLETE THE TEST WITH AT LEAST A 70% AND SEND IT BACK TO RECEIVE CREDIT FOR THE CLASS
· THERE WILL BE RANDOM POLLING DURING THE CLASS
