Following the objectives and criteria established by NAR®, this course    covers the processes of filing arbitration requests and    potential ethics violation with a high overview of the regulations and guidelines. Multiple case studies explore and assist the student in understanding the procuring cause factors and worksheets that will be used by a Professional Standards Committee in an arbitration case.
