REALTORS are required to complete Code of Ethics training within three-year cycles. Training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS®.  Mandatory ethics goals are:

• to heighten member awareness of the key tenets of the Code of Ethics;
• to create awareness of and appreciation for the role the Code can and should play in their professional lives;
• to enhance professionalism and competency; and
• to encourage REALTORS® to view their Code of Ethics as a living, viable guide in their daily dealings with clients, customers, and the public. 

This class will meet your three-year requirement for Cycle 7, which runs from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2024. New MMAR members are asked to complete Code of Ethics training with 180 days of joining. Take your Cycle 7 Mandatory Code of Ethics training now and you're done until Cycle 8 begins in January of 2025! Please select either in-person or zoom. DORA Guidelines for attendees will apply.
