Join us for this very important and dynamic class where you'll learn about the importance of understanding what meth toxins can do to a property. A meth house does not have a profile. Mansions and trailers, in the mountains and in the cities, brand new and historic … any home can be a meth house.
This is undisputed by law enforcement and our criminal justice system. What is not widely shared is the dangerous toxins from meth usage by smoking or manufacturing to our health and finances.
The only way to know if a property is contaminated with meth is to have a certified inspector test for toxins. Learn the latest on meth toxins contamination, legistlation, and resources. You will learn about the increasing use of meth in the US and the dangers of contamination, and especially how testing and not testing can impact the sale of real property.
There are no geographical or socio-economic boundaries.

Class will be held at Keller Williams Foothills Realty at 32214 Ellingwood Trail, Evergreen, in person and via zoom.
Be sure to indidate whether attending in person or in zoom.
We strongly recommend in person for a better learning experience. In - person seating is limited to 20; Zoom seating is limited to 40.
New DORA Zoom Guidelines for class attendees:
In order to receive continuing education credit for the course, faces must be visible on camera, and students must be attentive for the entire course. Any multi-tasking, driving, talking off camera, tech issues, etc., may disqualify them from receiving credit.
