NEW CMAS Class! Join us for this dynamic class where you will learn about the different types of fireplaces, including woodburning, gas logs, pellet stoves, gas inserts, electric, and much more. Jake Johnson from Mountain Hearth & Patio is our instructor, and he will also cover important safety issues. This information will be of great help when completing your listing agreements, entering a new listing in MLS, as well as negotiating a purchase contract. This class will also be valuable to those in property management.
Class will be held at Keller Williams Foothills Realty at 32214 Ellingwood Trail, Evergreen, in person and via zoom. Be sure to indidate whether attending in person or in zoom. We strongly recommend in person for a better learning experience. In - person seating is limited.
Please allow extra time if coming from Hwy 73 due to road construction.
New DORA Zoom Guidelines for class attendees: In order to receive continuing education credit for the course, faces must be visible on camera, and they must be attentive for the entire course. Any multi-tasking, driving, talking off camera, tech issues, etc., may disqualify them from receiving credit.
Where it says, "# of Non Members or Guests: not including yourself," please do not enter any number in the box unless you are paying for someone else in addition to yourself.
