Please join us to learn about important legal issues facing the foothills communities. CMAS Elective
Class will be held at Keller Williams Foothills Realty at 32214 Ellingwood Trail, Evergreen, in person and via zoom. Be sure to indidate whether attending in person or in zoom. We strongly recommend in person for a better learning experience. In - person seating is limited. There are NO in-person seats left; please do not select "in person."

New DORA Zoom Guidelines for class attendees:  In order to receive continuing education credit for the course, faces must be visible on camera, and students must be attentive for the entire course. Any multi-tasking, driving, talking off camera, tech issues, etc., may disqualify them from receiving credit. 

For In Person Attendees: Students must be focused only on the class. No talking with others in the room unless asking a question to the Instructor. Do not conduct other business on your phone or laptop. Any multi-tasking such as these may disqualify you from receiving credit for the class. 

Where it says, "# of Non Members or Guests: not including yourself," please do not enter any number in the box unless you are paying for someone else in addition to yourself. 
Please note: Zoom link for all classes will go out by 5 pm Mountain Time the day before, when registration closes. No refunds for any class once class has begun.  In-Person Seating limited to 20. Instructors:
