2023 Annual Commission Update course, presented by Scott Peterson, CAR General Counsel. The Colorado Real Estate Commission requires all real estate licensees to complete a Commission Update course annually. This current 2023 Commission Update class will provide you with the latest information on legislation and regulations. This class is in person only. Deadline for registration is 3:00 pm on January 10, 2023. Light lunch will be provided.
Be sure to allow for extra time, 15 - 20 minutes or so, to reach the church from Main Street in Evergreen going south. The church is just north of Marshdale on Hwy 73, on the east side of the road. There is road construction between the Library (Buffalo Park Road) and Main Street that can create long delays.
