REALTORS are required to complete Code of Ethics training within three-year cycles. Training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS®.  Mandatory ethics goals are:

• to heighten member awareness of the key tenets of the Code of Ethics;
• to create awareness of and appreciation for the role the Code can and should play in their professional lives;
• to enhance professionalism and competency; and
• to encourage REALTORS® to view their Code of Ethics as a living, viable guide in their daily dealings with clients, customers, and the public. 

This class will meet your three-year requirement for Cycle 7, which runs from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2024. New MMAR members are required to complete Code of Ethics training with 180 days of joining. Take your Cycle 7 Mandatory Code of Ethics training now, and you're done until Cycle 8 begins in January of 2025!
 Class will be held at Keller Williams Foothills Realty at 32214 Ellingwood Trail, Evergreen in person and via zoom. Be sure to indidate whether attending in person or in zoom. We strongly recommend in person for a better learning experience. Seating is limited. 
New DORA Zoom Guidelines for class attendees:  In order to receive continuing education credit for the course, faces must be visible on camera, and they must be attentive for the entire course. Any multi-tasking, driving, talking off camera, tech issues, etc., may disqualify them from receiving credit. 
Where it says, "# of Non Members or Guests: not including yourself," please do not enter any number in the box unless you are paying for someone else in addition to yourself. 
Please note: Zoom link for all classes will go out by 5 pm Mountain Time the day before, when registration closes. No refunds for any class once class has begun.  In-Person Seating limited to 20.
