The Colorado Real Estate Commission requires all real estate licensees to complete a Commission Update course annually. The current 2022 Commission Update class will provide you with the latest information on legislation and regulations. This is the last ACU class offered for 2022 by MMAR.
Class will be held at Keller Williams Foothills Realty at 32214 Ellingwood Trail, Evergreen in person and via zoom. Be sure to indidate whether attending in person or in zoom. We strongly recommend in person for a better learning experience. Seating is limited to 20 in-person and 40 in zoom. New DORA Zoom Guidelines for class attendees: In order to receive continuing education credit for the course, faces must be visible on camera, and they must be attentive for the entire course. Any multi-tasking, driving, talking off camera, tech issues, etc., may disqualify them from receiving credit.
Where it says, "# of Non Members or Guests: not including yourself," please do not enter any number in the box unless you are paying for someone else in addition to yourself.
Please note: Zoom link for all classes will go out by 5 pm Mountain Time the day before, when registration closes. No refunds for any class once class has begun.
