This course is designed for participants to identify considerations when opening a real estate firm in Georgia. Also, course will further define the term Qualifying Broker, Broker-InCharge, Managing Broker and an Associate Broker and their roles. Course will review basic license law for brokerage firms as well as identifying different and various business models that may be available when opening a firm.
