REALTORS are required to complete Code of Ethics training within three-year cycles. Training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS®.  Mandatory ethics goals are:

• to heighten member awareness of the key tenets of the Code of Ethics;
• to create awareness of and appreciation for the role the Code can and should play in their professional lives;
• to enhance professionalism and competency; and
• to encourage REALTORS® to view their Code of Ethics as a living, viable guide in their daily dealings with clients, customers, and the public. 

This class will meet your three-year requirement for Cycle 7, which runs from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2024. New MMAR members are required to complete Code of Ethics training with 90 days of joining. 
Be sure to select whether in person or via zoom. Seating is limited: 22 in person seats, 40 zoom seats. Registration will close March 29, 2022, at 5 pm.  No driving while on zoom. Please limit your participation in zoom to what you would do if you were sitting in a classroom. You will need to be visible throughout the class for facial recognition. You need to be engaged only in the class, with a working camera, please.
