Topics include Homeowners' Insurance - Types of coverage; Required line item coverages and definitions; Optional coverages to consider; Insuring property in the foothills and mountains; Wildfire interface with residential communities; Property flood insurance in designated flood plain areas, and much more. Class will be held at Keller Williams Foothills Realty at 32214 Ellingwood Trail, Evergreen in person and via zoom. Be sure to indidate whether attending in person or in zoom. We strongly recommend in person for a better learning experience. Seating is limited. No driving allowed by students, students must be visible on camera for facial recognition, and students on zoom must be engaged as if they were in the classroom.
