Delivery Transmittal – Who did it go to and how?
Schedule A – Contains information about the policy, the property and the parties involved.
Schedule B-1 (Requirements) – Sets out matters which must be furnished or addressed at or prior to the closing.
Schedule B-2 (Exceptions) – Lists matters which the policy does not cover.
Great for new agents or those who just want a refresher course!
