Each have specific rules which are easily understood. When can a transaction broker be a limited advocate as a transaction broker? Is it appropriate for a non-rep to adjust comparables? This fast-moving CE course provides a resource manual, examples, case studies and all of the forms necessary to practice safe-agency.
