This 1-hour course is designed to educate and empower real estate agents and their clients to better understand Colorado homes, including mountain properties, and the unique characteristics, features, and systems often found in our residential landscape.
  • Learn the specific building-related characteristics in Colorado and how to convey them to clients, especially if the clients are out-of-state buyers and are not familiar with certain features
  • Get a better understanding of the most commonly found features and characteristics of Colorado homes and why they matter
  • How to communicate this vital information to clients to ensure a more informed transaction
