Join us for Version 2 of the contract changes for 2024. Scott Peterson will be reviewing ALL THE OTHER CONTRACT CHANGES that will be mandatory beginning August 15, 2024, and included in the NEW Colorado Real Estate Commission’s Contract to Buy and Sell – Residential.
Unlike Version 1, this session will NOT be addressing the contract changes related to the mandatory MLS Practice Changes. This class will focus exclusively on the wide variety of other NEW contract changes!
