Every year real estate professionals are threatened, robbed, or assaulted while
performing routine duties like showing a property or conducting an open house. This
course will discuss what precautions to take when meeting with customers and clients
during Listing and Buyer Agreement presentations. How to identify potential risk areas
and situations to avoid, thereby reducing the exposure to becoming a crime victim
during the course of normal business activity in order to keep both agent and client safe.
