This National Association of Realtors® class will help you understand the Federal Fair Housing laws, current updates to these laws and real-life application in your business.
Nate Johnson, President of Real Estate Solutions Group, will demonstrate how the Fair Housing Act protects people from discrimination when they are renting, buying, or securing financing for any housing. The prohibitions specifically cover discrimination because of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability, and the presence of children.
*Education Policy: You will be charged a $20 no show fee if you register for a class and do not attend, 48 hours preferred. You may not be able to attend classes if you have an outstanding financial obligation.
