Built in 1985 they are 7 stories high with a total of 120 units. Units vary in size from approximately 1150 to 1250 square feet. There are both 2 bedroom /2 bath and 3 bedroom/2.5 bath units. A few have fireplaces.

All units are large and roomy with the two beach-side buildings all having expansive private balconies directly facing the Gulf of Mexico. Other amenities include two swimming pools (one on the beach), lighted tennis courts and boat docks at the north building on Ole River.
